Ascendra has had the unique opportunity to create a user group for Microsoft Lync professionals known as Mid-Atlantic Division Lync (MADLUG). This user group will promote a sense of community across the Mid-Atlantic Division with like-minded communication and IT professionals. By attending these meetings, in-person or virtually through Lync, you’ll gain an understanding of the fast-evolving technology of Microsoft Lync and its integration with existing telephony – allowing users to share ideas, technologies and collaborate on business decisions. The meetings will also help community members facilitate better technology purchasing and implementation decisions to support communications enabled business processes.
