The Corporate Performance Management (CPM) System utilizes the Self Service BI capabilities of Excel as well as, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and Microsoft SharePoint 2013. The CPM System consolidates financial and non-financial data into one comprehensive data model. The KPI’s are organized into a set of dashboards including a balanced scorecard. The dashboards are segregated into financial, customer, employee and process dashboards.
Corporate Executives and Business Unit Managers will utilize this model and set of dashboards to track their achievement of corporate goals and objectives. Hierarchies will be utilized to aid in the analysis of variances to KPI targets.
